Hot-rolled wire rod export total of 59077.76 tons, down 28.88% year on year. High value-added hot rolled alloy steel wire rod export amount is 6785218.02 tons, up 19.24% from a year earlier. Wire cumulative imports in China is 327082.29 tons, down 17.60% year on year. Among them, the ordinary wire rod imports is 197425.03 tons, down 20.20% year on year. Hot rolled alloy steel wire rod imports is 104191.18 tons, down 15.68% year on year.

The first seven months of steel wire's total exports of 1350890.80 tons, up 12.82% from a year earlier. Wire the total imports of 87642.24 tons, down 12.03% year on year. Among them, the alloy steel imports of 35951.81 tons, down 9.20% year on year.

The first seven months of steel rope's total exports of 640433.18 tons, up 11.05% from a year earlier. Among them, the exports of stranded wire, rope, cable is 618665.86 tons, up 10.12%; Other exports steel rope is 21767.32 tons, up 46.31% from a year earlier. Steel rope total imports of 44812.07 tons, down 8.19% year on year.

At the same time, export product structure has been further improved. The whole, high value-added goods (such as steel wire, steel rope) expand export growth, exports fell and ordinary products. The import side, the triangle strands, excavator cord, cableway sealing rope, tape, rope, elevator rope, rope products such as oil basically realize the localization; PC steel wire, steel bar, steel wire and other products also implements localization. Some high value-added goods (such as alloy steel, hot rolled alloy steel wire rod) decline in imports. This reflects China's wire processing industry has achieved steady development, product quality and grades are increasing.
